These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AI Ready mobile application and related services provided by AI Ready (“we”, “our”, or “us”).
By downloading, accessing, or using AI Ready, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the application.
1. Description of the Service
AI Ready is an educational application designed to help users develop practical skills for working more effectively with artificial intelligence tools.
AI Ready uses an interactive quest-based learning journey rather than a traditional course structure. The app includes interactive missions, practical exercises, transformations, Skill Unlocks, reusable Power Cards, progress features, and other educational experiences designed to help users understand how their instructions, context, constraints, and decisions can affect AI-generated results.
The current AI Ready journey contains 10 quests, 62 interactive missions, and 58 Power Cards covering practical AI use, communication, planning, verification, AI limitations, project work, and AI-assisted building.
AI Ready teaches principles intended to be useful across modern AI assistants. References to third-party AI products or services, including ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude, are provided for educational and informational purposes only.
AI Ready is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, or other third-party AI providers unless expressly stated otherwise.
2. Free and Premium Access
Some AI Ready content is available without a paid subscription.
On iOS, Quests 1–2 are currently available free of charge. Access to Quests 3–10 requires an AI Ready Premium subscription.
Premium access includes the premium quests, missions, associated Skill Unlocks and Power Cards, and other premium learning content made available within the app.
Features, content availability, and monetisation may differ between platforms or versions of AI Ready.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
On iOS, AI Ready Premium is currently offered through an auto-renewable monthly subscription.
The subscription price is displayed in the app and through the Apple App Store before purchase. Pricing may vary depending on your country or region.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm your purchase.
Your subscription renews automatically for additional monthly periods unless you cancel automatic renewal before the next renewal date.
You can view, manage, or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings. Cancelling automatic renewal prevents future renewals but does not normally remove access for the remainder of a subscription period that has already been paid for.
Subscription billing, payment processing, renewals, and applicable refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store are handled through Apple and are also subject to Apple's applicable terms and policies.
We do not directly store or process your Apple payment card information.
4. Educational Purpose and AI Limitations
AI Ready is provided for educational and informational purposes. It is designed to teach users how to work with AI tools more deliberately and effectively, but it does not guarantee any particular result from an AI system.
Artificial intelligence systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, outdated, or inappropriate information. AI Ready includes educational material intended to help users recognise these limitations, but users remain responsible for evaluating and verifying AI-generated information before relying on it.
AI Ready and its educational content should not be treated as a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, safety, or other specialist advice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use AI Ready only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or unlawfully modify the application
- Use AI Ready or its content for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent subscription, access, or security controls
- Reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit AI Ready content without permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation, security, or availability of the application or related services
6. Intellectual Property
AI Ready's original content, quests, missions, Power Cards, educational materials, text, graphics, interfaces, branding, design elements, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to AI Ready unless otherwise stated.
You may use the materials provided through AI Ready for your own personal learning and permitted use of the service. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, sell, license, or create derivative commercial products from AI Ready's proprietary content without prior written permission, except where otherwise permitted by law.
Third-party names, trademarks, products, and services referenced in AI Ready remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Availability and Changes to the Service
We may update, improve, modify, replace, add, or remove parts of AI Ready from time to time, including quests, missions, features, interfaces, and educational content.
We do not guarantee that every feature or part of the service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating system.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AI Ready is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
We do not guarantee that use of AI Ready will produce particular learning outcomes, professional results, productivity improvements, or specific results from third-party artificial intelligence tools.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, rights, or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AI Ready shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, AI Ready.
We are not responsible for decisions, actions, losses, or outcomes resulting from information generated by third-party artificial intelligence tools or other external services used alongside the educational material provided by AI Ready.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
10. Privacy
Your use of AI Ready is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information associated with the service is handled.

11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to AI Ready, our business practices, applicable requirements, or the services we provide.
When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date shown at the top of this page. Your continued use of AI Ready after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
12. Governing Law
To the extent not governed by Apple's Standard EULA, mandatory consumer protection law, or other applicable law, these Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
13. Apple Standard EULA
The AI Ready application is licensed to you, not sold. When you download AI Ready through Apple's App Store, your license to use the application is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
