AI Ready ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the AI Ready mobile application, website, and related services.
AI Ready is an educational application designed to help users develop practical skills for working more effectively with artificial intelligence tools through interactive quests, missions, practical exercises, and reusable learning tools.
1. Information We Collect
AI Ready does not require you to create an account in order to use the current mobile learning experience.
We do not ask you to provide personal information such as your name, phone number, or physical address as part of the normal in-app learning journey.
We collect limited technical and usage information through analytics services to understand how the app is used, identify problems, and improve the product.
Depending on the device, operating system, analytics configuration, and features used, this information may include:
- Product interactions, such as screens viewed, quests or missions started or completed, and features used
- Technical information such as device type, operating system, and app version
- A device or analytics identifier used to distinguish app installations or usage sessions
- General geographic information, such as country or region, which may be derived from technical information such as an IP address
- Limited subscription or purchase interaction information, such as whether a purchase or restore action occurred
We do not intentionally include the free-form text you enter into learning interactions as analytics event content. Analytics is intended to measure product usage and progression rather than the contents of your personal responses.
2. Information Stored on Your Device
AI Ready stores certain information locally on your device so that the app can remember your learning progress and preferences.
This may include information such as:
- Quest and mission progress
- Unlocked skills and Power Cards
- Onboarding state
- App settings and preferences
- Other information required to maintain your in-app progress
This locally stored learning information is used to provide the app experience on your device and is not used for advertising.
3. Analytics
We use Amplitude, a third-party product analytics service, to understand how users interact with AI Ready.
Analytics information helps us understand matters such as which features are being used, where users encounter difficulties, whether learning journeys are being completed, and how we can improve the app.
Amplitude may process technical identifiers, product interaction information, device information, IP-derived geographic information, and other limited analytics data on our behalf, depending on the configuration of the analytics software.
We do not use Amplitude analytics data to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies for advertising purposes.

4. AI Processing and Learning Interactions
The current AI Ready learning experience is built around educational content, interactive exercises, transformations, and simulations provided within the app.
AI Ready does not currently send the text you enter into its learning interactions to OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, or another third-party AI model in order to generate live AI responses.
If AI Ready introduces features in the future that require user content to be processed by an external AI provider, this Privacy Policy will be updated as appropriate before or when those features are introduced.
5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
AI Ready offers optional premium access through in-app purchases or subscriptions where available.
On iOS, purchases and subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store and StoreKit infrastructure.
We do not receive or store your full payment card information. Payment information is processed by Apple in accordance with Apple's applicable terms and privacy policies.
The app may receive information necessary to determine purchase or subscription entitlement and may record limited purchase-related analytics events in order to understand subscription performance and troubleshoot purchase flows.
6. How We Use Information
Information collected through AI Ready may be used to:
- Provide and maintain the app
- Remember your learning progress and preferences
- Understand how users interact with the app
- Improve quests, missions, features, and user experience
- Measure product and subscription performance
- Identify, investigate, and fix technical problems
- Prevent misuse and protect the security of the service
- Respond to support requests or other communications
We do not sell your personal information.
7. Third-Party Service Providers
We use a limited number of third-party services to operate, analyse, distribute, and monetise AI Ready.
These services may process limited information on our behalf where necessary to provide their services. For example:
- Amplitude provides product analytics and usage measurement
- Apple provides App Store distribution, in-app purchase, and subscription infrastructure on iOS
These providers process information under their own applicable terms, privacy policies, and data protection obligations.
The current iOS version of AI Ready does not display third-party advertising. Other platform versions of AI Ready may have different features or monetisation methods, which will be disclosed as appropriate for those platforms.
8. Contacting Us
If you contact us by email or through another support channel, we may receive information that you voluntarily provide, such as your email address, the contents of your message, and any information you choose to include.
We use this information to respond to your request, provide support, and address relevant product or service issues.
9. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, to operate and improve AI Ready, to meet legal or regulatory requirements, or to resolve disputes and enforce applicable agreements.
Information stored locally within the app may remain on your device until it is removed through the app, cleared from the device, or the app is deleted, depending on the operating system and feature involved.
Third-party service providers may retain information in accordance with their own retention policies and our applicable service configuration.
10. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect information associated with AI Ready from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or alteration.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
11. International Processing
Some third-party service providers may process information in countries other than the country in which you live. Where applicable, information may therefore be transferred to and processed in other jurisdictions subject to the provider's safeguards and applicable data protection requirements.
12. Your Choices and Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, applicable privacy law may give you rights regarding personal information associated with you, which may include rights to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of certain processing.
Because AI Ready does not require an account, we may not always be able to associate analytics information with a specific individual. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify and process a privacy request.

13. Children's Privacy
AI Ready is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. The app does not require an account as part of the current learning experience and is designed to minimise the amount of personal information users need to provide.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us in a way that requires action under applicable law, please contact us and we will review the request.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to AI Ready, the services we use, or applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
When this Policy is updated, we will revise the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page.
