Privacy Policy

1. Accounts and Personal Information

AI Ready does not require account creation or login.

The Android application does not ask you to provide personal information such as:

• Your name or email address
• Your phone number or physical address
• Payment information
• Contacts or calendar information
• Photos, videos, audio, files, or documents
• Your precise physical location

If you contact us for support or with a privacy question, we will receive the information you choose to include in that communication, such as your email address and message.

2. Information Collected Automatically

AI Ready uses third-party analytics and advertising services. Depending on the service, device, region, consent choices, and configuration, automatically collected information may include:

• Device information, such as device model, operating system, platform, application version, and application build
• Device or other identifiers, including an anonymous analytics identifier and advertising-related identifiers where applicable
• Approximate location derived from an IP address
• App activity, such as app launches, sessions, screens viewed, buttons selected, and other interactions
• Diagnostic and performance information, which may include application or SDK performance, errors, and crash-related information where available
• Interactions with advertisements

3. Product Analytics — Amplitude

AI Ready uses Amplitude Analytics to understand how the application is used and to improve its content, navigation, reliability, and overall user experience.

Information sent to Amplitude may include:

• An anonymous, randomly generated device identifier
• Application sessions and app interactions
• Quest, Mission, onboarding, and feature interaction events
• Device model, operating system, and platform
• Application version and build number
• Diagnostic and performance information where applicable

AI Ready does not send your name, email address, prompt text, copied Power Card content, or other user-entered content to Amplitude.

Amplitude advertising-ID tracking is disabled in AI Ready. Amplitude is also configured not to record your IP address or IP-derived geographic location as analytics properties.

Amplitude analytics may begin when the application launches. Advertising consent choices presented through Google’s consent system apply to advertising and do not switch Amplitude product analytics on or off.

4. Advertising — Google AdMob

AI Ready uses Google AdMob, through the Google Mobile Ads SDK, to display banner and interstitial advertisements.

The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share information including:

• IP address, which may be used to estimate a device’s approximate location
• Android Advertising ID, App Set ID, and other device or account identifiers where applicable
• Application and advertisement interactions
• Diagnostic and performance information

Google may process this information for:

• Advertising or marketing
• Analytics and advertising measurement
• Fraud prevention, security, and compliance

Where legally required, Google’s User Messaging Platform may display a consent form offering choices concerning personalised or non-personalised advertising. The choices available may vary according to your region, device settings, and applicable law.

5. Local Application Data

AI Ready stores certain information locally on your device, including:

• Onboarding state
• Quest and Mission progress
• Skills and Power Cards unlocked through normal app use
• Application preferences

This local record is used to provide the application experience. It can be removed by clearing AI Ready’s application storage or uninstalling the application.

Analytics events describing how features are used are transmitted separately to Amplitude. These analytics events are not the same as the detailed progress record stored locally on your device.

6. Purchases and Subscriptions

The AI Ready Android application does not currently offer purchases or subscriptions through Google Play. It does not collect or store payment information.

7. Data Sharing

AI Ready does not sell your personal information.

Information may be transmitted to the following third-party service providers:

• Amplitude, for product analytics, application improvement, and performance measurement
• Google and relevant advertising partners, through AdMob, for advertising, measurement, security, fraud prevention, and compliance

These providers process information according to their own privacy policies and the services configured by AI Ready.

8. Data Retention

Information stored locally remains on your device until you clear the application’s storage or uninstall the application.

Information processed by Amplitude, Google, and relevant advertising partners is retained according to the applicable service configuration, legal requirements, and each provider’s retention policies.

9. Data Deletion and Privacy Requests

AI Ready does not provide user accounts, so there is no AI Ready account to delete.

You can remove locally stored progress and preferences by clearing the application’s storage in Android settings or by uninstalling the application.

You may contact us at support@getaiready.app with questions or privacy requests concerning automatically collected information. We may need additional technical information to identify data associated with an anonymous device.

10. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information handled through AI Ready. Information transmitted to third-party services is encrypted in transit. However, no electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

11. Children’s Privacy

AI Ready is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our application, service providers, or legal obligations change. Updates will be reflected by revising the “Last updated” date on this page.
